Geneology Description of Clan Pajari In Sweden and on the Finnish side in Ylitornio to south Finland in Karelia.
This is the tree of many families of Swedish, Finnish, Russian,German, Dutch English, French, Irish, Scottish and US origin where many of them immigrated from the border of Finland-Russia-Karelia-Sweden (in Kajaniland/Kvenland) over to Sweden and Finland and some of them stayed on the Border of Sweden/Finland. Some of these people from these families later some immigrated to US and UK.
I seen the immigration has went to Ellis Island in US and also to UK during 1600-1800 and also later into 1920.
I also seen one of my ancestors that just disappeared from his village of my ancestor villages that is an gr grandfather to me and left his family without them knowing anything and for years he was gone and they thought he was dead. During his absence from his family.
He went to Finland, Russia, Germany, Belgium and France and did not come back until old age and he never told why he left, he just dissepeard. He was very secret until his death.
This is the direct descents of the many families of Pajari (Olof Pajari- Nickname "Olkkuri/Olkko "), Kyöstäjä, Vanhatalo, Heikki, Kangas, Lantto, and many other names in my tree and even very well known English and American names as Washington, Bush, Spencer, Windsor, de Bruce, Middlelton, Miller, Churchill, Fitzgerald, King, Strongbow,Plantagenet, Tudor and in Russia
Romanov's and Ruricovich to name a few of them, some of them or deceandants are still living today from this lineage and some are today elder people. We have connections to both Scotland and Wales and rest of UK with Ireland and England Included. In France is Normandy included.
This is a Norman Rurich linage.
MY PAJARI GENEALOGY INVESTIGATIONS AND CORRECTION'S OF AV ERIK JOHANSSON KUOKSU WRITINGS ABOUT MY DIRECT ANCESTORS FAMILY
I Need Help!
I have some troubles trace my family of Joen Pajari och Olof Pajari (Nickname "Olkku"/Olkkuri) i Kainuunkylää (byn Kajaniland) In Ylitorneo, Finland. also known in latter days as Kvenland/Kajaniland or Kajaaniland or Kainuun. They have connections to these places as well to the border of Karelia.
(as seen we are border lords i.e. Boyar) The village is situated Near Torneå River on the Finnish side.
I Wonder if anyone can share the information they have on my direct great grandad with me? I am great need of the information so i get me to over the border of Russia.
NOTE: Pajala, Lovikka, JuhonPeiti,ErkHeikki is the village was created by the first settlers of my direct gr grandfather of Pajari clan descendants of Joen Pajari later on they are named Pajanen i.e. Lars Pajanen, my grandmother is from the House of Heikki/Kyöstäjä which makes me believe this is correct because our family went over the border from Finland to Sweden, BUT i see due to records on here those records i have from Finland don't fit with the ERIK KUOKSU reports about my direct ancestors and what i see in my tree is that they arrive Sweden on a much later date then he has written Juhonpieti and Pajala and Erkheikki and Haparanda was the first places of settlements up here then the rest of Tornio was built from my lineages this i seen in my own records comparing on here the profiles i seen in here made of some Kuoksu guy on here that don't match with my records from Finland ,Karelia and Russia of old feudal border lords of Pajari known as Boyar lords of finnish Russian heritage with also Walloons in one line...
If ERIK KUOSKO had done a proper job from the very first beginning and dont used faulty names no one of us would be stuck and now it has gotten to be mess of the familytree now!! I am stuck in Ylitornio and in south Finland and cant get me further over the border where i see the trace leads because i have faulty names because he has not done a foundly investigation from the very first start and used names wrong not understanding nor finnish, nor history, nor laws, nor landsettling/landholdings, nor geography, nor archiology or what a hemman is even GEEZ! My family was NOT farmers!! Never been! We had lands and houses and woods but ppl worked for my family!! SERVANTS!! My family was serving the king SOLDIERS to kings court and we do it until this day!!! (at least within my family) Sure some of the families of decents of Joen lost their heraldy but that was because they fucked it up themself by doing wrong deeds and gotten poor and needed to start to tax. Thats their problem! My family is still in these villages. I am grown up there! I am really annoyed over this faulty tree that now gotten me stuck!
This family Pajari is of old finnish nobility/Heraldry (With obviously Germanic-Russian/Slovenian/Belgian/Swedish/Finnish roots which also stretch back to Scotland and Wales and France) and i know this because it showes also in the tree of my mum until this day under the name VANHATALO which is my family and they was COUSINS!!! The whole way from them to my mums family,I get matches in my trees i have on the German descending houses of Kings and queens as well The English courthouses and Earls etc and the courthouses of the Frankish house where i also have connections to the Hull, Burr and Phelps trees in US which is lines of Kings,
Queens and presidency descents. Now i need Joen to connect all together so i can come further in my explorations of my tree. Due to when i look we are Swedish Finnish Russians with Germanic Finno Urgian Slovenian roots. i.e. Rurikids/Rurik's (Varangians also known as Norman vikings)
I have found: "Olkku/Olkkuri" (which nickname of Olof Pajari and not a house name nor a surname), Pajari, Pajare, Pajar, Paul, Pauli Boyar, Boyer, Bayer, Bajare, Bajari,Bojari, Ludwijk/Lodewijk/Lodowijk/Lodvijk/Lodwika/Ludik/Lovikka (Which is a Belgian name for Ludvig that later on became Ludvig and a village was named after him Lovikka), Which ended up later as Kyöstäjä Heikki house and village and my grandmother and gr grandmother in Lovikka (Seen they have changed their names a lot trough time which is typical for people with no last name, They took the place of the village where they lived as an surname or named the place where they lived after their names. Nobility/Heraldry people did not have any last names. ) And in this part of my family seems to have viking lines and it has traced me back to Novgorod Russia and Germany. Which now has traced me also to the town of Hapsburg/Oldenburg. Which given me hits on Royalty as Sachse-Coburg and Sachse-Coburg Gotha and The Old English Frankish courthouses of some reason. (NORMANdy)
I also found some land marks/land brands that some of em looks more like crests and some looks like runes (Viking runes) and i seen they have used that one that looks as a crest latest during the end of the 1800 by my great grandads house peasant/servants that was employed by him(in return they gotten housing and food for their work). I also seen that theses landmarks/land brands was inherited by the sons in decent order in the house together with land, houses and horses and other cattle's in descending
generations as an rule just like crests and titles of Heraldry/Nobility are inherited. (See my page about my writings about Joen Pajari)
TAX and Joen Pajari's and his descendants
I also seen that Joen was free from taxation (Not until late the family started to pay tax because of law changes and Gustav Vasa) and did not need to pay tax and he was protected by the king and was also acting like some kind of tax agent for the king and also did other service for his Majesty as soldier trough that he gotten the kings protection on his landownings. He did not need to pay any tax for his lands etc. which was an custom for nobility. Only peasant needed to pay tax by law.. Probably because he was in service of the king and was of nobility/herald due to Swedish and Finnish nobility laws during many decades. (See Alsnö Stadgar further down) The proofs i have that he was of nobility/Heraldry is his Title "Birkarl" but also he was an person that had alsoppl that served him and he owned an horse and many other signs is shown that he was of Borgare in Sweden-Finland due to laws. This makes me see he is of nobility/Heraldry. He had Peasant people, Maids etc who served for him and on his land and in his ownage. He also owned a horse which at this time was an status symbol. Only rich/wealthy noble/Heraldry people had this, To own an horse was an status symbol. To own land and cattle and peasant'swithout paying tax is only for the PRIVILEGED CLASSES of people within the society..On the yard where his house where once situated has they been making archaeological diggings and found silver knives with nobility engravements and other beautiful things (nothing a commoner have). If
anyone has anything on my great great grandad that is related to me trough my mum on her mothers side Kyöstäjä in Lovikka to The generations of Pajari and Olof Pajari nickname "Olkku" in Kainuunkylä (byn Kajaniland) In Ylitornio, Finland and as later on the village Lovikka named after Lodewijk which later became Ludvig in Swedish, i would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you.
I need lots of help here! I seen pages that people has made on-line and some things written are really mixed up an mess in what people has written about my near related family trying to trace them which makes it hard for me to find my whole line of ancestry with CORRECT information. Ppl saw them as farmers/peasants which this is wrong. He was an Birkarl which means he was of Heraldry/Nobility. (See further down on explanations of what Birkarl means and the laws of Sweden Finland. ) This is my near close related family and is of great importance for me to get more information and CORRECT one to get further back in my tree and maybe also find his personal if possible my heraldry/nobility crest (I already have the Clan Pajaris crest of Finland which i gotten of my Finnish Pajari cousin when we connected and there is a family cousincil in finland over the clan and she knows what i know) and to also know the Titles (if there was more) that also belonged to my family. The records i now found that has many different variations with ppls lack of geography and ignorance of his titles and lack of knowledge of history, laws and heraldry makes me be stuck. If anyone has records and can help me and provide me with information and where to look or share what they have i would be much appreciated. Can anyone help me, please? Thank you. Much Love, Wictoria
ERIK KUOSKO thinks we are pesants and farmers and also lappish ppl. It makes me laugh because i know this is not correct. Our family sold lappish ppl between themselfs, yes as servants! There is written things about this! They was our families lifestock!
You never had lands of your own as a farmer or pesant and you never gotten it for free as my family did, we recived lands from the kings court due to service. We was landlords, landholders and borderlords in earlier times and we are related to the Europes all kings cort houses. There is writings about this in Finland about Pajari Hovi which mean (Pajari court) I see one of my gr grandfather was an overlord in south finland where i am stuck now and i need to get me over the border of Karelia to Russia and Kiev because my traces leads there but since the records on here are so faulty i now need to sit offline from here and trace them because of ppls faulty records and lack of investigation due to ignorance and dont have an open mind but follow one person named Erik Kuosko without checking up his things first. (sheeple mind..Follow the herd!) which is annoying!
About my 15 generation great great grandfather Olof Pajari (Olov In Finnish)
Nicknamed himself as: "Olkku/Olkurri" This is NOT a Surname it is a NICKNAME he called himself "Olkku"!!! Olkku is a nickname for Olof Olovinpoika (In swedish it means OLOFSSON=SON OF OLOF ) which means son of Olof and is not a surname and not the name of a house/YEOMAN as many thinks to belive.
Get yourself a FINNISH dictionary if u cant puhua ja lukea Suomi AND a geography book and a word dictonary on words too so you know what the words in finnish mean if you cant understand and read the language because i see many thinks Kainuunkylä is situated in Sweden (and that Kainuunkylä means Helsingbyn is also wrong it means Byn Kajaniland/Village Kajaniland which means it is situated in Kajaniland in english Kvenland), IT IS IN NORTH FINLAND! In Ylitornio and not Tornio TWO VERY much different things Tornio and Ylitornio, and Sweden and Finland! KVENLAND IS HUGE! It is also called KAINUUN! CWENLAND, It is the lands of old NORSE!!
Because of ppl's lack of ignorance and history and is not doing profoundly investigation and dont look up of the things they find online it has now messed up the whole family tree totally!! A Finnish dictionary is always handy if you cant understand nor phuhua the language you know!
Lack of not looking things up by ignorance is the worst i know! Assuming things in geneaology dont work! Then you will get wrong information straight away and other people will do the same! That is IGNORANCE!!
If you cant understand and read finnish at least try to translate it! You are on the net! it says Ylitornio here and it means Over part of Tornio in swedish ÖverTornio in Finland Yli means over! that maens NOOOOORTH part! of Tornio as far up you can come and it is situated in KVENLAND!!! i e. KAJANILAND!!/KAJANALAND!

MY PAJARI GENEALOGY
CORRECTION OF AV ERIK JOHANSSON KUOKSU REPORT ABOUT PAJARI DECENDANTS
INVESTIGATIONS CORRECTION OF AV ERIK JOHANSSON KUOKSU WRITINGS ABOUT MY DIRECT ANCESTORS FAMILY found year 2013
"The homage named today after his nickname he called himself as Olkku/ Olkkuri are preserved in writings around 1601, but the name Olkkuri probably would have been the family name of the House and ownage. It was also around 1500 mid-century also the alternative name of the house in Kuusaari (wich means moon island separated Kuu saari in english. Everything my family named had an meaning and still have. For examle my familyname Vanhatalo from my mother means Old house or Old castle. Translate that to german and you get Oldenburg wich is also an old Saxon/Sachsen town in Germany.)
In Rauma in the years between 1606 and 1609 the name Olkkuri derived from "Olkku" is a form of Tornedalish finnish of the male name Olof wich refers to the so called estate of Kainuunkylä wich refers to Olof Joensson, the owner of the estate, He called himself "Ollku/Olkurri". While in Rauma probably refers to Olof Olofsson Drucken or Kuusaari. Olof Joensson's grandson Ludvig Joensson wich is the first "Tornedarling" wich means he was the first one settled in Torneå Valley, and as an evidenced he by the name Ludvig named the place of settlement to Lovikka after his name Ludvig(Lodowijk/Lodwijk).
Ludvigs cousin, Dynis Nilsson's first name has been interpreted as a Finnish form of the name "Tönnies", "Tönne" and the german name "Thüns" wich are diverd from the German name of the name Antonius. Both the names Ludvig and Dynis gave rise to ownage name of the settlement Lovikka and then Tyni.
The Torneå Valley wich is on both the swedish and finnish side of the borders of Finland-Sweden wich divides and separates the country of Sweden and Finland by Torneå River. And throughout the Gulf of Bothnia, was around the Middle Ages an important port for commercial between countries where Birkarlar wich is an form or nobelmen called Bikarlar (Frälse / Heraldy) in swedish was certainly in communication with many long-distance merchants from Sweden as came from Stockholm but also international as Russia, Finland and Germany.
Note also that around 1500 century some people that lived in East-and west parts of Sweden and Finland still had German names because of their german origins.
For example; There lived around 1548 an Staffan Sanlandh in Pedersör in Sweden, and an Per Halden, Siffrid Hallen and also an Michell Flemingh that lived in Mustasaari during the same time. 1543 In Umeå, Sweden there were a man named Joon that is actually an german name. 1539-1661 in Karungi, Haparanda municipality in Sweden lived an Olof Persson Lunckare wich the surname might be diverd from the german name Juncker. In Alkkula lived 1554-1606 Birkarlen Jons Henriksson Galther the name Galther might be diverd from the german name Walther?. In Vojakkala lived 1553-1559 a man named Raffwal Tars wich the name Tars might be diverd probably from the german name Tarsch wich means Shield in english and Sköld in Swedish. All these names might be diverd from German families who were probably they first German families/tribes who traded with the West-and East bothnians where they also settled down.
Personal names such as Ludvig and Dynis and the family names Pajari and later on the intermediate related decendant family named Kyöstäjä (my great great grandfather and grandmother) held Birkarlsrättigheter which meant that they had rights to trade and also own land, farms, animals, servants and other wealth according to that time without paying taxes (tax free).
This meant that they were exempt from taxation under Alsnö Law/Constitution which King Birger Jarl and his brother Magnus III established 1280. (I.e. Magnus III is also known as Magnus Birgersson or Magnus Ladulås. Ladulås means Barnlocker) These law/constitutions was introduced and established in 1280 in Sweden at Alsnö hus at Adelsö near Birka and therefore belonged to those people who were liberated of tax because of their titles/gentrile as belonging to the högbestånds population / nobility / gentile/Borgare. (See: Alsnö Stadga/ Alsnö Law/Alsnö Constitution wich is the first swedish laws established in Sweden for taxations of non gentile/pesants/commoners i.e. Ofrälse at Alsnö hus in Adelsö, Sweden wich is near the vikingtown and first town/merchant town established of Sweden named Birka.
These Constitutions made the noblemen i.e. Swedish Gentile did not need to pay tax. This started the take off for the change in Sweden for the difference between rich and poor, Pesant and Gentile society. In swedish mouth pesants was called "Statare" or "Fattig jon" and the rich people was called Borgare or Högbestånd.
About the punishment trying to escape the tax law: The one that tried to sneak away from paying tax would be punished and their barns gotten locks on their barndoors and their houses would be taken away from them. They could even be forced to pay an ransom/punitive taxation. Note that An commoner did not own lands or horses. These things was status symbols. This was only for the rich society people/ Borgare of Sweden and Finland. The one that often owned an horse was eigter an very rich person or an knight wich worked in the service for the kings court if he had one.
For more information about swedish taxation laws and gentile see pages:
Alsnö Stadga http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alsn%C3%B6_stadga Frälse i.e. Gentilehttp://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fr%C3%A4lse
So The old family legend about the family's Olkkuri/Pajari German origins suggest that the legend may be true and these ppl are of old nobility/gentile of wealthy people called in swedish mouth as Borgare.
(As for myself looking in my intermediate family I can still see this still is left in my intermediate family as in houses, lands, woods etc from this time are still within our families ownage as called Hemmans wich means yeoman of land and houses. I also know that we owned horses and other cattle and there was lots of money and riches in the households for that time wich commoners did not had.) I also seen some things that points that my great grandfather was an taxagent for the king and trough that he gotten the kings protection and also was free of tax. I also seen some traces of heraldy in my family of blueblooded people/related people and US presidents. (about this i will post more later when i solved the quest about my great grandad and connected all together.)
It is also possible that the family is of Russian-Karelian origin, Russians and Karelians were just like the Germans involved in the trades in the Gulf of Bothnia and can of course also have settled there although they are not left so many tracesof em as it is in the sources of the Germans have. It is suggested of Russian or Karelian origin are as follows in names: Pajari occurs also in Karelia. Olkku for Olof, can possibly be interpreted as the Russian name for Oleg. Dynis may also be interpreted as Dionysius wich is a typical orthodox given name. This name Dynis is in the family of an Mickel Dynisson Ajos sons (Table 104) , The child was born around 1742 and was named Dionysius but the name for Dynis is probably his nickname.
However, we know now that the family is from Kainuunkylä (Helsingbyn) in Yletorneå, Finland wich is situated near the Torneå River just beside the border on the finnish side of the Torneå on the opposite side of the river we have Pajala in Sweden. Therefore without an doubt no matter where this family originated from We can still call this family an genuine Torneå Valley Family.
My own geneology tracings of great grandad Joen and his family and decendant intermediate family: I myself has found traces of this family that leads me to Novogrod in Russia wich is an old vikingtown at the karelian border of Finland-Russia where many vikings made business and also lived. I also seen that on my great great grandads old yard where the house of Olkkuri once was situated they have made archelogical excavations and they did find pits for melting pits dated back between 1000-1200 century wich is viking age and they did found in them also bronze and iron. This makes me suspect that it is really melting pits of Vikings that they used to make weapons and other iron and bronze objects. (The archelogical writings about this i will post here later on as an link)
There have also been found bronze items and an silver knife with an handle that has engravings wich tells me when I look at it that this is noble/heraldy people. A Prince / King with a crown on his head engraved on a silver knife handle is not something ordinary people / commoner has in their possession of their household / house / residence if they are not of higher status/class of people.
The archaeological excavations made by archaeologists at this location "Olkurri settlement of Joen Pajari" and of what they have found during the excavation of his yard tells me that my great-great-grandfather's dwelling place was and is of great significant importance and intrest by archaeologers and historians and this is what arceologers do if the place has great impotance for history, They go and excavate the place to see what they can find as proofs for the settlement. And note; Unless the location is not of great importance they would not dig there to search for things. It says itself.
This I know because I have for many years worked closely with archaeologists and guided people on archaeological Sites as Birka, Alsnö Hus and other sites of important history that is dated from this period and even earlier into the stoneage and down to the present day of the royal houses of Europe. Trough my work I've have studied a degree in history and archaeological knowledge and information from this eras until today.
What I can tell when I have studied of what they have found at my grandads yard and what I found when I looked for my family history through other family tree I have, is that this is a dwelling / residence place of old Viking family tribes/ folk kings / noble people wich gives me an explanation why I also end up in Germany and the Karelia and Russia a well in england and france and scottland and Ireland. And as we all know the Vikings were basically traders and warriors and great salesmen and Kings of very old nobelty and not bloodthirsty as written in historybooks even tho their wars was about gaining land and power in Europe and to far East, but they also captured the lands and seas of many countries that made many of them to be old Kings. They gained power everywhere troughout mostly whole Europe but they was also down to Jerusalem and are more known there as Knights templars/Teutonic Knights doing their crusades after the Christianisation of Europe as knights and great warriors of the kings of Europe.
The excavations now showed me when looking that the place was built from 1060's until the mid 1600's. Seed had been grownand been carried out early in the settlement, according to archaeologists much earlier than elsewhere in the area. Perhaps the most interesting finds that was made was a primitive furnace for metal, with the preserved remains of iron slag. The oven was composed basically of two pits and was dated to 1020-1220 AD Among the findings are also tapered ends iron ingot of square cross section, which might be related to the furnace, and suggests an early relatively advanced ironmaking in The Torneå Valley for that time. They also found in a nearby storage pit half a dozen wooden objects, and a twist drill with iron fittings. Another interesting finding was an small wooden rake from the period 1210-1320 AD This rake is designed to harvest the hay from the meadows and its ornamentation is similar ornaments of the Karelian and Novgorodsk objects that has been found in earlier excavations. The rake show that winter fodder has been acquired early so as the rake usage it explains that the cattle therefore must have been kept on the settlement during this time. In a couple of house foundations there were found shards of a Rhenish drinking cup with relief ornamentation from the late 1500's. There was also an iron knife with bronze handle from the 1400s. One of the settlement's houses had a large oven, built with natural stone and its base was surrounded by timbering. The house had a basement pit.
This is the page i used for my writings above of "Erik Johansson Kuoksu's writings about "SLÄKTEN OLKKURI 1539-1930" where i have translated and corrected his writings with my own knowledge where i have corrected and added more content of most importance and changed his wrong interpretions and lack of both historically, geographical and archilogical and population/cultural and lingual heritage knowledge to the correct scientfically understanding since he seems to have great lack of all these things: http://hem.passagen.se/kuoksu/Olkkuri1539-1930.htm and http://walivara.se/Slakten-Walivara.htm Translated and corrected HIS WRITINGS by myself in my own writings about my family. After all i am OLOF JOEN PAJARIS GR GRANDAUGHETR 15 GENERATIONWictoria Olofsson. My surname is even inherited trough him. And due to lack of knowleddge and 200 others lack of knowledge i am now stuck in my tree because ppl that is not direct related even with him is playing around with my familylinage which makes me be so frustrated and i have to sit here now and try to sort the mess up ppl has created online with my DIRECT ascending and decending familylinages!
The danger to get stuck in a familytree is when u have lack of knowledge of these things and do not have DNA haplo scientifically understandings, historically and cultural and geographical and lingual and heritage of pesantry and nobility and Royalty understanings and you dont do a investigations to teach you these things for gaining understaning about humanity and human population, cultures etc.
Sweden has had an class society since dawn of time (still has!) so finland and not all that had lands, forest animals etc was farmers! This is a wrong understanding many swedes do that has lack of cultural historical heritage what pesant and lord means i.e. gentile and non gentile or in swedish also called Frälse and Ofrälse. these ppl that is in my family had all these things Forest, lands, houses cattles (mostly horses), argiculture BUT they had SERVANTS that worked for them and in return payment they gotten housing and food, i.e. they was pesantry/slaves class ppl and my family was boyar lords and not farmers In swedish commoners mouth such lords was called by the old language Bikarl/Birkarl. They was traders and landowners and ther lifstock was their pesants and their lands and tradings! They had class caste as nobles. In my own family books i see how they the men in my family even exchanged the lappish and slavic people between themselfs as lifestock for these ppl to work for them. Yes u can call that slavery. But that was at that time what happend.
They was pesants and servents for their lords. these people that lived in their lands they was borderlords/lords over was their lifestock.
Hence the name Slavonia comes from the age of Slave trading of these origin people.
